Vivo X5 Max

Vivo X5-Max

Move over Oppo

Vivo has made good on its promise to dethrone Oppo as the company who has the thinnest smartphone in the world via their newly announced X5 Max. The X5 Max takes the title of the world’s thinnest from the Oppo R5, but just barely, measuring in at an anorexic 4.75mm thick, compared to the R5’s 4.85mm thickness.

Much like the R5, the X5 Max uses Qualcomm’s latest octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, with a slightly higher clock speed of 1.7GHz compared to the R5’s 1.5GHz, paired with 2GB of RAM.
